About MUNtor

Neil Colaco, founder of MUNtor

Hey, I'm Neil!I'm a junior at the International School of Bangkok and the Best Overall Delegate award winner at THAIMUN XIII, the largest MUN conference in Southeast Asia. I'm also currently part of my school's Secretariat. I started MUN back in grade 7, and I still remember how confusing those first few conferences were. There was barely any real support built for middle schoolers, just a lot of material made for delegates who already knew what they were doing. Since then I've competed at conferences both middle school and high school, like THAIMUN and IASAS MUN, and somewhere between late night speech edits and resolution clauses rewritten ten minutes before submission, I noticed the same gap still existed, just in a different form.

The tools out there either write everything for you, which defeats the whole point, or they're built only for experienced delegates with no real onramp for beginners. Neither one actually makes you better. So I built MUNtor, a coaching platform that does what a good mentor would do, asking you the right questions, pushing back on weak arguments, and helping you sharpen what you've already written instead of writing it for you. Every speech and resolution in the examples library is real, pulled from my own competition history across both middle school and high school, because I think the best way to learn is from material that's actually been tested in committee. Whether you're a seventh grader giving your first speech or a varsity delegate chasing your next award, I built this for the version of me that needed it. Welcome to MUNtor.
